The system
The main feature of the Folding Pack® is its adaptability to any existing architecture thanks to a truly innovative construction system that has very few components, requires minimal installation and does not need any electrical connection.
The top rail on which the curtain hangs can be easily recessed into the ceiling and the gate can be folded away into a lockable compartment at the side.
It concerns a completely steel or aluminium system that can be closed or opened by means of a guide in the ceiling. The steel slats move like a kind of ‘steel curtain’ and are fixed by means of at least one pin in the ground (this depends on the size of the passage).
The system does not require a bottom rail! This means the floor always remains clear and there is no chance of tripping.
Security for round facades
Many buildings, especially in shopping centres, have a rounded façade. In terms of security, the Folding Pack® is the ideal solution! The fence has the ability to follow the curve of the façade and also provides an excellent view inside. This allows maximum use of the floor space and also provides a very nice view into the store! The sharpest possible bend has a radius of 350mm.
Security of unlimited length
The Folding Pack® system can close openings of unlimited width! A single hatch can cover the entire opening, without intermediate posts or pillars.
Easy to use
The Harmonica gate is a manual security system. The system is very easy to use and involves a simple installation! The system is very reliable because it is manually operated and hardly ever needs maintenance!
